• Cancel my subscription

  That happens at Apple. In Leum: Settings › Subscription › Manage on the App Store. At least 24 hours before the end of the period; Premium stays active until the paid date.

• Get a refund

  Apple decides and refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com, or iOS Settings › your name › Purchases › Report a Problem. We never oppose a request.

• Delete my account

  Settings › Delete account, at the very bottom. It is immediate and final. It does not cancel your Apple subscription: cancel that first.

• Export my data

  Settings › Export: CSV of sleep, finances, meals and weight, and projects, plus a PDF report. Free, no limit.

• Where does my data go?

  Your logs stay on your iPhone and in your iCloud: we cannot read them. Only what you send to the assistant leaves, to answer you.

• What an Action costs

  Only the assistant spends Actions: 15 a month on Free, 1,000 on Premium (1,500 on 3 months, 2,000 on 6 months). Entering, logging or exporting without it never counts.

• How does the trial work?

  7 days of Premium, once per Apple account, with 500 Actions. Without cancelling, the plan you chose starts when the trial ends.

• Does Leum connect to my bank?

  No. You enter what you track, or you write it to the assistant. You never share your bank credentials.

• New iPhone: get Premium back

  Premium follows your App Store account. Settings › Subscription › Restore purchases. Family Sharing is not available.

  Yes: an Apple Watch app, widgets, the Lock Screen and Live Activities.
