Leum Premium subscription.

• Nutrition, Sleep, Finance, Projects — Free: accessible, with the limits shown in each space. Premium: without those limits.
• Entering, calculations, charts, widgets, Apple Watch, notifications, CSV export — in both Plans, with no time limit.
• Assistant — Free: 15 Actions a month. Premium: 1,000, 1,500 or 2,000 depending on the plan (Actions policy).
• Night sounds and scenes — Free: excerpts. Premium: the whole library, downloadable.
• Active projects — Free: 3 at most. Premium: no limit.
• Advanced analyses, forecasts, project plan — Free: a taste each month (2 analyses, 2 trends, 3 forecasts, 1 project plan, 3 meal photos), reset on the 1st. Premium: included.
• Briefings and weekly reports — Premium only.
• Balance PDF, sleep PDF for your doctor, project PDF — Premium only. CSV export and the full report stay free.
• Background Collection — Free: the original background and the one already set. Premium: the whole Collection.

• Monthly — €14.99 a month, renewed every month: 1,000 Actions a month.
• 3 months — €44.99, renewed every 3 months: 1,500 Actions a month.
• 6 months — €89.99, renewed every 6 months: 2,000 Actions a month.

The long plans are not discounts: €44.99 and €89.99 are worth three and six months. The duration is rewarded in Actions, every month: a 6-month plan gives 2,000 Actions a month, not 12,000 at once. You are charged the price of the whole period in one go.

The price that counts is the one Apple shows at the moment of purchase, in your country and currency. The amounts on this page are those of France, VAT included.

Apple is the seller: it collects, issues the invoice and pays over the VAT. What you pay may therefore differ depending on your country, currency and local taxes.

Prices may change, never for a period already paid. If you are a subscriber, you are told at least two months ahead and you can cancel free of charge (terms of use).

Nothing else to pay: no set-up fees, no per-message payment, no purchase outside the App Store. The card materials (Gold, Silver, Titanium, Bronze) and the engraving of your first name are free.

• What is offered: 7 days of Premium without paying, once only per Apple account. Changing plan, device or reinstalling the app does not give a new trial.
• During the trial: everything Premium, with 500 Actions instead of your plan’s volume.
• At the end of the trial: if you have not cancelled, the plan you chose starts and your Apple account is charged (€14.99 a month, €44.99 for 3 months or €89.99 for 6 months, plus your country’s taxes).
• To avoid being charged: cancel in your App Store account before the 7 days are up.
• If you buy Premium during the trial, the remaining trial days are lost and the paid period starts at once.
• If Apple offers another trial (a promotion, for example), its conditions shown at purchase apply.

• The subscription renews by itself at the end of each period, for the same duration and the same price, as long as you do not cancel it.
• The charge happens within 24 hours before the end of the period, on the Apple account used at purchase.
• You can cancel at any time, at least 24 hours before the end of the period to avoid the next charge.
• After cancelling, Premium stays active until the end of the paid period, then the app goes back to Free. Nothing is deleted: only the assistant becomes limited again.
• The date and the amount of the next renewal are in Settings > Subscription and in your App Store account. In case of a discrepancy, what Apple displays prevails.

Everything happens at Apple, not in Leum. In the app: Settings > Subscription > Manage on the App Store. Or: iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Leum. We can neither cancel, nor change a date, nor gift you a period.

• Changing plan (monthly, 3 months, 6 months): from Settings > Subscription or at Apple, which sets the date and adjusts the billing. Your Action counter is not reset.
• Cancelling then resubscribing: possible at any time. The free trial will no longer be offered.
• New device: Premium follows your Apple account. Settings > Subscription > Restore purchases. Family Sharing is not available.

The Restore purchases button queries Apple, and Leum follows its answer: if Apple says you are subscribed, Premium activates; if it says the subscription has ended, Premium stops.

Our service keeps only a technical proof of your subscription, 400 days at most (privacy policy).

If Apple charged you and Premium does not activate even after a restore, write to [email protected] with the purchase reference: we fix it by hand.

• Other people’s services: iCloud storage, Apple Music, mobile plan.
• Hardware: iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad.
• An always-exact answer from the assistant: see the assistant usage policy.

• Am I charged right away if I take the trial? No. The first charge happens at the end of the 7 days, if you have not cancelled before.
• What if I cancel the day after my purchase? Premium stays active until the end of the paid period, and nothing is billed afterwards. A refund is asked of Apple (refund policy).
• Can I lose Premium without doing anything? Yes, in three cases: a payment refused by Apple, a refund granted by Apple, or a cancellation reaching its end. The app goes back to Free; your logs do not move.
• Can Leum charge me directly? No. Leum has neither your card nor your bank account.
• What if I delete my Leum account? The subscription continues. Cancel it first in your App Store account (account deletion policy).
